CAD CALLS: 1017
1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Delayed) 100 Block of South Wilson Way, Park District
On April 28th or 29th , the female victim, 25, was sleeping in front of a business in the listed area when the suspect struck her with a metal object. The victim self-transported to an area hospital for treatment of non- life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
2. Robbery (1507) 4700 Block of North Pershing Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 31, was sitting in the listed area when he was confronted by the known suspect who accused him of stealing. The suspect assaulted him, took his property, and fled in a vehicle. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECT: White male adult.
3. Battery on an Officer Arrest (1629) 1600 Block of Eleventh Street, Park District
Officers were investigating a battery in the listed area. When they contacted the suspect, he attempted to flee from officers but was stopped. The suspect grabbed one of the officers and force was used to take the suspect into custody. The officer was uninjured. ARRESTED: Ben Etilo, 44, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and battery.
4. Robbery (1649) 4900 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 28, had his vehicle vandalized earlier in the day and observed the suspects in the listed
area. When the victim attempted to take photos of the suspects, they assaulted him, took his property, and fled on foot. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECTS: A White adult male and a juvenile male.
5. Weapon Arrest (1650) Pacific Avenue and March Lane, Lakeview District
The female victim, 24, and a child were driving in the listed area when the suspect drove next to their vehicle and brandished a handgun. Officers located and arrested the suspect without incident. ARRESTED: Rafael Lopez, 39, for brandishing, weapon charges, and child endangerment.
6. Pursuit Arrest (1826) Pacific Avenue and Adams Street, Civic District
Officers attempted a traffic enforcement stop of an off-road minibike in the listed area. The rider failed to yield, leading officers on a brief pursuit. The pursuit ended when the minibike became disabled. The rider was arrested without further incident. ARRESTED: A 16-year-old male for pursuit and traffic charges.
7. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1945) Hazelton Avenue and Sutter Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 38, was in the listed area when was approached by the known suspect. The suspect assaulted the victim and struck him with an object. The suspect vandalized the victim’s vehicle and fled on foot. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
8. Weapon Arrest (2223) 5200 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the listed area. During a parole compliancesearch of the vehicle, they found a loaded handgun. ARRESTED: Triston King, 26, for weapon charges anda parole violation.
9. Weapon Arrest (2258) March Lane and Pershing Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the listed area. During a search, the passenger was found to have handgun in his waistband. ARRESTED: Xavier Santillanez, 28, for weapon charges.
