5/04 - 1:09 p.m. - Jonathan A. Kaiser, 28 of Millstadt, arrested on a felony warrant for Intimidation, out of Vanderburgh County, Indiana. He was also cited for Driving While Suspended, Operation Uninsured Vehicle & Improper Display of Registration. Incident occurred in the 1st block of East Washington Street.
