SUMMARY:
On April 23, 2026, at about 11:23a.m., detectives from the Hesperia Police Station served a search warrant at a residence at the 14300 block of Pinewood Drive, in Hesperia. An arrest warrant was issued for Adair Fernando Garcia-Sanchez who was part of an active investigation out of Nebraska.
Through part of the investigation into Adair Fernando Garcia-Sanchez, deputies learned a juvenile, currently residing in Nebraska, was victimized by Garcia-Sanchez in Hesperia California in 2024. Hesperia detectives located Garcia-Sanchez at a residence in 14300 block of Pinewood Drive s and he was arrested and booked for PC 288.6 - Lewd/Lascivious Acts with a Child.
Due to Garcia-Sanchez's profession as a long-distance truck driver, and additional evidence, detectives believe there may be more victims and are releasing his photo. Anyone who may have been victimized by Garcia-Sanchez or who may have information related to this case is asked to contact the Hesperia Police Station.
