The Arcadia Police Department advises residents of temporary parking restrictions in the area for the Pasadena Showcase House of Design.
“No Parking Except by Permit” restrictions will be in effect beginning May 9 at 8:00 AM through May 17 at 7:00 PM within the highlighted areas shown on the attached map .
Enforcement will begin promptly at 8:00 AM on May 9. Vehicles parked in violation will be cited.
The affected streets include:
- Arbolada Drive (from Foothill Boulevard to Rancho Road)
- San Carlos Road (from Oaklawn Place south to Foothill Boulevard, and areas south of Foothill Boulevard)
- Hacienda Drive (from San Carlos Road to Carmelita Place)
- Oaklawn Road (from 1310 Oaklawn south to Arbolada Drive)
- Oak Meadow Road (1300 block south to Hacienda Drive)
- Asder Lane (south of Foothill Boulevard)
- Burnell Oaks Lane (south of Foothill Boulevard)
- Sierra Oaks Drive
- Leandra Lane (south of Foothill Boulevard)
Residents within the affected area will receive parking permits, which are being hand delivered to each residence. Permits must be clearly displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle.
- Permits may also be used for guests, provided by the resident
- Residents may photocopy a blank permit for additional vehicles or guests
- Additional permits are available to residents at the Arcadia Police Department
Permits do not exempt vehicles from other parking regulations, including overnight parking restrictions without a valid overnight permit, blocking fire hydrants, daylighting requirements, or any other restricted parking violations.
