INCIDENT: PC 3455 - Violation of Post Release Community Supervision
LOCATION: North K Street and Front Street, City of Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Vanessa Martinez, 22-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at approximately 11:23 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department conducted a pedestrian check near North K Street and Front Street in the City of Needles.
During the check, deputies contacted VANESSA MARTINEZ who refused to provide her name however her true identity was later confirmed. Further investigation revealed MARTINEZ had an outstanding post release community supervision violation.
MARTINEZ was subsequently arrested on the above-mentioned charges and was transported to the West Valley Detention Center for booking. MARTINEZ remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
