LOCATION: 18000 block of Vista Point Drive, Spring Valley Lake
SUSPECT (1): 13-year-old male, juvenile
SUSPECT (2): 15-year-old male, juvenile
VICTIM: Confidential Adult Male
SUMMARY: On Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:05 p.m., deputies responded to the 18000 block of Vista Point Drive in Spring Valley Lake following reports of multiple individuals involved in a physical altercation.
Upon arrival, deputies learned that several juveniles had been harassing an elderly adult male. During the incident, the juveniles allegedly assaulted the victim, striking him multiple times in the face and upper body before fleeing the area prior to deputies’ arrival.
Following an investigation, deputies identified two juvenile suspects believed to be involved in the assault. On Wednesday, May 6, 2026, deputies located and detained both juvenile suspects without incident.
The suspects were arrested and transported to the Juvenile Detention and Assessment Center where they were booked on assault related charges.
