Please join us this Memorial Day as Leonia comes together to honor the men and women who have served our nation and to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
We are proud to announce that this year’s American Legion Post 1's Memorial Day Parade Grand Marshal is Thomas Caruolo, a United States Army veteran and Past Chief of the Leonia Volunteer Fire Department. He has dedicated many years of service to both our country and our community, and we are honored to recognize his commitment and leadership.

Monday, May 25, 2026
Route: Starts at Leonia Middle School 11:30 AM, south on Broad Avenue, west on Fort Lee Road into Wood Park.
Viewing Stands will be set up by the American Legion.
12:00 PM: Ceremony at Wood Park
In case of inclement weather, ceremony will be held indoors at the American Legion Post No. 1 located at 399 Broad Ave, Leonia.
