If you live in the area of East Murphy, Lowes, Murphy High, Murphy Post Office, etc and you have cameras outside of your home. Please check the footage from yesterday, 5/11 from 4am to 10am. Scott is a 5'5" 250lbs white male, he has white hair and a white beard. We do not have a clothing description.
