* WHAT...Southwest to west winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...Southeastern Elko County.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Blowing dust could reduce visibility to less than one-half mile at times. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEASTERN ELKO COUNTY

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
