- WHAT: Thunderstorms develop along a cold front this afternoon and evening and may contain isolated strong to damaging wind gusts up to 20-25 mph.
- WHEN: Developing by 3:00 PM along Ohio River moving to the southeast, reaching Upshur County between 3:30-4:00P. Threat ends by 7:00-8:00 PM as storms exit to the southeast.
