The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...In Wisconsin, Douglas, Bayfield, Ashland, Iron, Burnett, Washburn and Sawyer.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* AFFECTED AREAS: DOUGLAS ... BAYFIELD ... ASHLAND ... IRON ... BURNETT ... WASHBURN ... SAWYER
