Beginning Tuesday, May 19th, at approximately 7:00 pm, City work crew will be installing a new storm sewer pipe from the Foothills Performing Arts Center lawn to the north side of Market Street. Market Street between the temporary parking lot entrance at 27 Market Street and Chestnut Street Extension will be closed to through traffic. Work will continue until completed which is estimated to be around 1am.
Sidewalks and parking will also be closed in the immediate work areas.
Please avoid this area if at all possible. Temporary lights, traffic control devices and signage will be placed around the work areas. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all traffic control devices and flaggers.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
