Two of the previous posts from May 15th were missing defendant information. The following are the corrected posts:
5/5 - 10:14 p.m. – Millstadt Police first responded to a report of a single vehicle traffic crash with injuries, on Floraville Road at Celeste Estates. Upon arrival, the driver of the vehicle was uninjured, however he did have an active felony warrant for Driving While Revoked. The warrant was issued to our department because of an incident that occurred on October 4th, 2025, in the 1200 block of East Washington Street. The Millstadt Officer took Corey A. Embrich, 38 of Red Bud, into custody and turned him over to a St. Clair County Deputy upon their arrival.
5/7 – 4:56 p.m. – Millstadt Police received a call for an erratic driver headed towards Millstadt from Columbia on State Route 158. The officer got behind the vehicle, and noted the vehicle commit a lane violation as well as it acerating at a high rate of speed on West Washington Street. A traffic stop was conducted at Washington Street and Monroe Street. Upon investigating, the driver was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) – Alcohol. Joseph D. Kinder, 26 of Belleville, was charged with DUI – Alcohol, DUI BAC 0.08+, Improper Lane Usage, Speeding, & Illegal Transportation of Alcohol.
