The Arcadia Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at-risk" person: Robert Rosa, a 79-year-old Black male, 5'7", 120 lbs, bald, brown eyes, with a beard. Last seen: 600 Block of West Duarte Road at 1230 PM, on May 16, 2026. Mr. Rosa is in the early stages of dementia and he does not have a cell phone with him. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Robert Rosa, please call 911 or contact the police.
