May 15, 2026:

  • Officer Allison responded to the 1500 block of Chapin Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
  • Officer Marcum was dispatched to the 900 block of North Blackstone Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was located in the 700 block of Center Street.
  • Officer Elston responded to the 1200 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
  • Officer Frazier and Officer Mills conducted a traffic stop at West Ganson Street and North Blackstone Street. The 36-year-old female driver was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officer Tenney conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Adrian Avenue. The 23-year-old male driver was arrested for conditional bond violation.
  • Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 500 block of Dewey Avenue. A 24-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
  • Officer Smith conducted a traffic stop at Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Moore Street. The 33-year-old female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated (high blood alcohol content/super drunk).  
  • Officer Tenney conducted a traffic stop at North East Avenue and East North Street. The 54-year-old female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated (high blood alcohol content/super drunk).
  • Officer Frazier and Officer Mills conducted a traffic stop near North Elm Avenue and Leroy Street. A 53-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute.
  • Officers responded to the 200 block of South Jackson Street for a disorderly subject. A 55-year-old male was arrested for resisting and obstructing.
May 16, 2026:
  • Officer Elston was dispatched to the 200 block of South West Avenue for a subject violating a personal protection order. A 22-year-old female was arrested for violating a personal protection order.
  • Officer Goings responded to a domestic dispute on Warwick Court. A 29-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
  • Officers were dispatched to North West Avenue and West North Street for a personal welfare check. A 36-year-old male was arrested for being a felon in possession of ammunition, and an outstanding felony warrant.
  • JPD members attended the Tunnel to Towers event. Officer Richardson, Officer Morse, and Officer Schram ran the 5k.
  • Officer Tenney responded to the 400 block of South Blackstone Street for a personal welfare check. A 39-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officer Frazier conducted a traffic stop at East Michigan Avenue and North Gorham Street. A 26-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officers responded to the 1200 block of Laurel Lane for a warrant arrest. A 34-year-old male and a 28-year-old female were both arrested on outstanding felony warrants.
May 17, 2026:
  • Officer Elston was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 2000 block of Wellworth Street. A 37-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
  • Officer Delgado conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Wildwood Avenue. A 23-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officers were dispatched to Warwick Court for an assault. A 27-year-old male was arrested for receiving and concealing a stolen firearm; carrying a concealed weapon; and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
  • Officers responded to North West Avenue and St. Clair Avenue for a traffic crash. Charges will be sought on a 33-year-old female for driving while intoxicated.
  • Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Steward Avenue for a suspicious subject. A 37-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 800 block of Third Street. A 43-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault (2nd offense).
