* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 823 AM EDT, River gauge shows minor flooding along the Flatrock River near Raleigh due to storms yesterday. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain fell. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of Northeastern Rush County - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
