Residents are advised that Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is scheduled to conduct prescribed burns at Site 300 over the next couple weeks, beginning today. These controlled burns are subject to favorable weather conditions. Residents may see or smell smoke during these operations, however, there is no threat to the City of Tracy or nearby communities. Tracy Fire will continue to monitor conditions and keep the public informed of any changes.
