Suspect Arrested After Vandalism Report in Needles
DATE/TIME: Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at approximately 12:35 a.m.
INCIDENT: PC 594(B)(1) - Felony Vandalism over $400
LOCATION: 1000 Block of Lillyhill Dr., Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Elexis Bone, 37-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at approximately 12:35 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service reporting a vandalism near the 1000 block of Lillyhill Drive in the City of Needles. Upon arrival, deputies learned the suspect had fled the scene prior to their arrival.
At approximately 1:53 a.m., deputies contacted 37-year-old Elexis Bone in the lobby of the Colorado River Station. During the investigation, deptuies determined that Bone was in violation of PC 594(B)(1) - Vandalism over $400.
Bone was subsequently arrested and booked at the Colorado River Station jail on the above mentioned charges. Bone remains in custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
