* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Hudson and Union and southeast New York, including the following counties, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, New York (Manhattan), Queens and Richmond (Staten Island).
* WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 824 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jersey City, Jamaica, Elizabeth, Flatbush, Bayonne, Freeport, Linden, Valley Stream, Long Beach, Coney Island, Garden City, Lynbrook, Woodmere, Rockaway Beach, Todt Hill, Crown Heights, Kennedy Airport, The Verrazano Narrows Bridge, Huguenot and Forest Hills. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
