**UPDATE** - Street closure between Church Street & 76 Chestnut St. Plaza until work completed. 05/21/26**
On Thursday, May 21st, beginning at approximately 8:00 am NYSEG work crews will be installing a new utility pole on Church Street at the end by Chestnut Street. Work should be completed by 3:00 pm. One-way, restricted traffic will be in place during this work.
It is advised to avoid this area if all possible. Flaggers and temporary signs will be in place to direct traffic safely around the work zone if needed. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all signs and flaggers.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
