The Rockton Memorial Day parade begins lining up on E. River Street after 8 a.m. The parade steps off at 9 a.m. and proceeds northbound on Blackhawk Blvd, west on W. Main St., noth on Center St., west on W. Union St, and north West St. to the Rockton Cemetary. Expect delays or avoid the areas listed.
