BOIL WATER ADVISORY LIFTED
The precautionary boil water advisory previously issued for Town of Old Fort water customers east of the Old Fort EMS Base at 1580 East Main Street has now been lifted.
Testing has confirmed the water is safe for normal use and boiling water is no longer necessary. Residents and businesses may resume normal water usage for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, making ice, and all other household purposes.
The Town of Old Fort appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation during this repair and testing process.
