1. Robbery (1600) Rosemarie Lane and Manchester Avenue, Lakeview District
The female victim, 15, was walking in the listed area when the known suspect approached her from behind, punched her, and threatened her. The suspect took the victim’s property and fled in a vehicle. The victim was uninjured. SUSPECT: Black female adult.
2. Robbery (2000) 2400 Block of Shropshire Drive, Bear Creek District
The female victim, 36, and the male juvenile were in the listed area attempting to sell a dog. The suspects took the dog and drove away. The victims tried to stop the suspects and block their path, but moved when the suspects did not stop their car. SUSPECTS: Black male and white female.
3. Robbery (2022) 1100 Block of West March Lane, Lakeview District
The female victim, 16, was walking in the listed area when the suspect approached her from behind, forcefully took property from her, and fled. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
4. Resisting Arrest (0053) Stanfield Drive and Brantly Way, Bear Creek District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the listed area. They contacted the driver, who showed signs of intoxication. The driver refused to comply with the officers, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Moises Banda, 34, for driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and traffic charges.
5. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0137) 700 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
The female victim, 35, was in the listed area when she was involved in an argument with the known suspect. The suspect brandished a firearm, threatened her, and then fired several shots into the air before shooting in her direction. The victim was not injured. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
6. Shooting into a Dwelling (0250) 8300 Block of Saratoga Way, Bear Creek District
The male victim, 54, the female victim, 49, and a juvenile were in their home when they heard several gunshots outside. They checked the residence and found that a bedroom window had been struck. No one was injured. SUSPECT: Unknown.
