Julian is described as a 70-year-old male White, 5’08”, 139 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater and khaki pants.
Mr. Friedman has mental health conditions and takes medication. His family is concerned for his well-being and asking for the public's help.
