* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coleman, Concho, Runnels and Taylor.

* WHEN...Until 1230 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1037 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Winters, Lawn, Novice, Benoit, Talpa, Crews, Glen Cove, Hatchel, Voss, Lake Winters Lake and Goldsboro. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... FM 1929 crossing Fuzzy Creek, CR 348 crossing Coyote Creek, County Road 156 crossing Eagle Branch, crossings along County Road 205, crossings along County Road 201, crossings along County Road 195, County Road 406 crossing Home Creek, County Road 336 crossing Big Coyote Creek, County Road 334 crossing Big Coyote Creek and CR 116 crossing Pony Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
