* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rainfall are expected to move across the area through late today. An anomalously moist environment will persist over north Georgia, resulting in high rain rates and increased chances for flash flooding.
