* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southern Hancock County in central Indiana... Marion County in central Indiana... Rush County in central Indiana... Shelby County in central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 536 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Indianapolis, Shelbyville, Greenfield, Beech Grove, Speedway, Rushville, Southport, Cumberland, Knightstown, New Palestine, Warren Park, Clermont, Morristown, Carthage, Homecroft, Fairland, Milroy, Glenwood, Spring Lake and Manilla. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
