* At 1208 PM CDT, Heavy rainfall has led to flash flooding 7 miles east of Leslie. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring. A water rescue is in progress near Old Hwy 66 via broadcast media. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
