* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A mesoscale convective system was located over northeast Oklahoma with copious amounts of moisture advection into the state. Storms are expected to move very slowly or train over the same locations.
