Kern County Sheriff’s Office Hosts 2026 Recruitment & Testing Event Series
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office will host an event as part of the 2026 Deputy Sheriff Trainee and Detentions Deputy Trainee Recruitment & Testing Event Series on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Regional Training Center in Bakersfield.
This event is part of a series of scheduled hiring opportunities throughout the year designed to make the application and testing process more accessible for prospective candidates interested in a career with KCSO.
Attendees will have the opportunity to complete multiple steps of the hiring process in one location, speak directly with current deputies, and receive application assistance. A Physical Ability Test (PAT) demonstration and voluntary practice session will also be available.
