Tuesday, June 2, Primary Election is TOMORROW; Early voting period has ended; Vote by mail available
Vote in tomorrow’s Primary Election
Registered voters are encouraged to cast their ballot in the 2026 Primary Election, tomorrow, Tuesday, June 2, for U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, Registrar, and County Commissioner.
Only registered Democrats and Republicans are permitted to vote in their party’s respective Primary Election. If you are an unaffiliated registered voter, you can still vote in the Primary Election by declaring your party at the polls.
Residents can cast their ballot at their registered polling place between the hours of 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Polling locations can be found through the state’s polling place search tool at nj.gov/state/elections/vote-polling-location.shtml.

Voting by mail
Voters who previously applied for a Mail-in Ballot can submit their completed Vote by Mail (VBM) ballot in one of the following ways:
- Place it in the nearest mailbox using the U.S. Postal Service. The ballot must be postmarked on or before June 2.
- Drop it in one of the three secure ballot-drop box locations in Hoboken, before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2:
- Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington St. (Newark Street side)
- Stevens University Gateway Building at Hudson Street and Sixth Street
- Monroe Street between Seventh and Eighth Streets (outside the Monroe Center)
- In person to the Hudson County Board of Elections Office by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, at Hudson County Plaza, 257 Cornelison Avenue, 4th Floor, Jersey City, NJ 07302.
VBM ballots CANNOT be returned to ANY early voting location or polling place.
