The Town of Delhi will host the second free information session to educate officials and community members about important New York State laws. Kristen Bergin will present the sessions from the NYS Committee on Open Government. Community members and municipal officials are encouraged to attend and share this opportunity with others interested in New York State transparency laws.
The class will be on Monday, June 8 - 5pm - 6:30pm at 5 Elm Street - Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) - This program will provide an overview and update regarding agency obligations under the Freedom of Information Law and access to agency records. This program will be interactive with significant opportunities for questions and answers.
