Pen Argyl Borough’s contractor is scheduled to begin work associated with the 2026 Street Paving Program on Monday, June 8.
Work will include stormwater inlet replacement and related roadway work in the following areas:
- East Laurel Avenue near the intersection with North Westbrook Avenue
- East Mountain Avenue near 808 East Mountain Avenue
Temporary no-parking areas will be posted by the contractor as needed throughout the project. Residents are asked to watch for posted signage and move vehicles from affected areas so work can be completed safely and efficiently.
Planned paving locations for the 2026 program include:
- West Laurel Avenue: Walters Avenue to North Robinson Avenue
- Walters Avenue: West Babbit Avenue to West Laurel Avenue
- North Heller Avenue: West Laurel Avenue to West Plainfield Avenue
