The City of Placentia advises motorists that extended utility work associated with a SoCalGas project will require a 48-hour traffic control operation at the intersection of Orangethorpe Avenue and Placentia Avenue.
Work is scheduled to begin on Thursday, June 4, and continue through Saturday, June 6.
Northbound and southbound travel lanes on Placentia Avenue will be impacted during the operation. Motorists should expect traffic delays in the area and are encouraged to use alternate routes when possible.
Please use caution when traveling through the work zone and follow all posted traffic control devices and directions from personnel on site.
