TRAFFIC ALERT - Highway 74 Closed to all traffic south of Bighorn Golf Club 
TRAFFIC ALERT - The California Highway Patrol has closed Highway 74 to all traffic south of Bighorn Golf Club.
The closure is for traffic in both directions between Hwy 74 in Palm Desert, and SR371 past Ribbonwood.
Motorists needing to get to Anza or other Mountain Communities will need to use alternate routes, including SR243 from Banning, or accessing Hwy 74 from Hemet. SR371 is only accessible from the west/Hemet side.
The closure is expected to remain in place until between 12:30 a.m. and 4:40 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3.
