Starting tomorrow, June 10, through Friday, June 12, the El Cerrito Fire Department is conducting controlled pile burns [Madera Property] as part of ongoing wildfire risk reduction efforts.
Residents in the area may see smoke and smell burning vegetation during this time. All work will be conducted under approved conditions, in compliance with Bay Area Air District regulations, and with the Fire Department on site to ensure safety.
