On Thursday, June 4, 2026, detectives and officers with the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety conducted an enforcement operation within the Emerald Point Apartment Complex, located at 8670 Camino Colegio Drive. The operation was part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to investigate crimes against children and hold offenders accountable.
During the operation, investigators served a search warrant at one of the apartment units as part of an ongoing investigation involving multiple allegations related to the sexual abuse of a child.
As a result of the investigation and the execution of the search warrant, Roberto Antonio Belli-Solano was arrested on the following charges:
- Penal Code § 261.5(d) – Rape by Force or Fear
- Penal Code § 220(a)(1) – Assault with Intent to Commit Rape
- Penal Code § 209(b)(1) – Kidnapping with Intent to Commit Rape
- Penal Code § 288(c)(1) – Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child
- Penal Code § 289(a)(1)(C) – Sexual Penetration by Force with a Child
- Penal Code § 287 – Oral Copulation with a Child
- Penal Code § 288.4 – Arranging to Meet a Minor for Lewd Purposes
