The Simi Valley Police Department is investigating an incident that occurred involving a female adult victim and several juveniles.
The victim reported that while seated inside her vehicle with the window down, she was sprayed with a substance from gel blasters by juveniles. She subsequently noticed a strong odor consistent with urine. When the victim exited her vehicle to speak with the juveniles, an unidentified individual in the group allegedly directed a racial slur toward her.
This case remains under active investigation. Officers are diligently working to identify and locate the juveniles and any other involved parties.
