* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Fisher, Jones, and western Haskell.
* WHEN...Until 330 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Street flooding in Rule, Stamford, Anson, Hamlin, Rotan and Roby.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1227 AM CDT, Radar indicated showers and thunderstorms with moderate to heavy rain repeatedly tracking north across the advisory area. Radar estimates that 1 to 2 inches, with localized higher amounts, have occurred across much of the advisory area. Additional rainfall of three quarters of an inch to 1.25 inches is expected. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Northeastern Abilene, Haskell, Stamford, Anson, Hamlin, Rotan, Roby, Rule, Hawley, Lueders, Rochester, Weinert, O'Brien, Neinda, Mccaulley, Sylvester, Noodle, Sagerton, Longworth and Avoca. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
