* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Runnels.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 443 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen on areas that received heavy rain last night, making it more likely for flooding to occur. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Miles, Benoit, Hatchel, Rowena, Crews, Ballinger Lake and Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... FM 1692 crossing The Draw, CR 348 crossing Coyote Creek, County Road 342 crossing Coyote Creek, County Road 351 crossing Bluff Creek, County Road 351 crossing Elm Creek, County Road 330 crossing Elm Creek, County Road 156 crossing Eagle Branch, County Road 261 crossing Elm Creek, County Road 293 crossing Valley Creek and CR 116 crossing Pony Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
