Officers responded to the listed area regarding a subject who was trespassing. Officers contacted the suspect, who refused to leave the property. When officers attempted to arrest the suspect, he resisted, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Mark Lopez, 30, for trespassing and resisting arrest.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0915) 2000 Block of East Sonora Street, Park District
The male victim, 32, went to the listed area to collect his belongings from the known suspect. There, the victim observed his property in the suspect’s vehicle and retrieved it. While doing so, the suspect emerged from a residence and pointed a black handgun at him. The victim fled and heard two gunshots. The victim was uninjured. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
3. Robbery (1150) 1100 Block of East March Lane, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 24, was walking in the listed area when he was approached from behind by the suspects. The suspects brandished a firearm and took property from him. The suspects fled on foot. The victim was uninjured. SUSPECTS: two Black male juveniles.
