The incident was reported to have originated from a verbal exchange involving bias-related comments regarding gender identity, which escalated into a brief physical altercation.
Upon arrival, officers determined the situation had de-escalated. No weapons were observed, and no significant injuries were reported.
This incident is being investigated as a bias-related incident.
Both involved parties were subsequently cited and released in connection with the investigation.
