Full Notification

Due to last night's storms, there are multiple trees and powerlines down around the Borough resulting in power outages and road closures.  The Department of Public Works was able to clear multiple roads overninght.  Some roads cannot be cleared until JCP&L responds to remove the powerlines.  The following roads remain affected (either partial or full road closures):

Lake Dr closed in multiple areas
Crestwood Dr. at Lakewood Dr
Rainbow Tr. at Pinewood Ln
Overlook Rd
Crystal Rd
Sunset Rd
Pollard Rd
Boulevard
Esplanade
Morris Ave

We are aware that there are residents on Pollard Road, Crystal Road, Sunset Rd, and Esplanade that cannot access their vehicles due to downed wires.  We have advised JCP&L of the urgency.  Be advised that some of these wires are live and under no circumstances should you go near these wires until JCP&L is able to address the situation.  REMEMBER, SOME OF THESE WIRES ARE LIVE.  DO NOT GET CLOSE TO THESE WIRES OR ANY OBJECTS THE WIRES ARE TOUCHING.
