Wilmington Police issue Green Alert for missing veteran: 
The Wilmington Police Department has issued a Green Alert for 67-year-old Richard Jolley, and is asking the public for assistance.
Richard Jolley is 67 years old, and was last seen on May 30 in the 2400 block of North Tatnall Street. He is described as a Black male, medium build, approximately 5’7” tall weighing about 195 pounds with bald hair and brown eyes.
Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Richard Jolley to please contact the Wilmington Police Department at 302-654-5151.
