Wilmington Police arrest male juvenile in connection to September 13th shots fired incident following a vehicle pursuit: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a male juvenile in connection to a September 13th shots fired incident, in addition to two other male juveniles, following a vehicle pursuit.
Members of the Gun Intelligence Unit have been conducting an investigation in reference to a shots fired incident with no injuries that occurred on Septembers 13th in the 400 block of West 29th Street. Detectives identified a 14-year-old male juvenile as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest.
On May 31st at approximately 3:38 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division observed a stolen motor vehicle in the area of East 15th and North French Street. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, at which time the vehicle fled the area. After a short pursuit the vehicle crashed in the 1700 block of North Church Street. Three male juveniles fled from the vehicle on foot. A short time later all three male juveniles were located and taken into custody without further incident. Officers located two loaded .9mm handguns.
The first 14-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offenses in addition to his outstanding warrants out of the Wilmington Police Department, Delaware State Police and New Castle County Police Department:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited- Two Counts
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
- Reckless Endangering (First Degree)
- Receiving Stolen Property Value Over $1,500
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Resisting Arrest
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Family Court and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $48,000 cash-only bail.
A 16-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offenses in addition to his outstanding warrant out of the New Castle County Police Department:
- Receiving Stolen Property Value Over $1,500
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Resisting Arrest
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Family Court and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
A second 14-year-old male juvenile was processed on his outstanding warrant out of the New Castle County Police Department. He was arraigned in the New Castle County Family Court and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $4,000 cash-only bail.
