Monday, June 8th, beginning at approximately 12:30 pm, a City work crew will be installing a new fire hydrant at #23 Central Avenue opposite Linden Avenue. Central Avenue will be closed in this area and no through traffic will be allowed until the work is completed. Most local residents can access their driveway from each end of Central Ave. Work is planned to completed by 4:00 pm.
Please avoid this area if all possible. Temporary signs and flaggers will be in place to alert traffic safely away from the work zone. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all signs.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
