• Sprague Place, both sides from Western Avenue to State Street
• Henry Johnson Boulevard, both sides from Spring Street to State Street
• Willett Street, both sides from State Street south 3 spaces on each side
• Lark Street, both sides from State St to Madison Avenue
• Madison Avenue, Both sides from Lark Street to New Scotland Avenue

• Washington Park Roadways west of Henry Johnson Boulevard (For Parade & Festival) Access to and from roadways that connect to the parade route will be closed during the parade. Washington Park Roadways west of Henry Johnson Boulevard will remain closed during the festival for pedestrian safety. These roadways will reopen at conclusion of the Festival.
