Ward 3 behind city hall on Dogwood, and potentially all points west to Prairie Creek could be without water. ETA unknown, but soon I hope 
Dogwood water is going to be shut down today to address a line leak/break. Dogwood is the road going directly behind or to the West of City Hall. If the valves can be found before shutting off, then the shut-off will be localized to this road. If not, it 'could' affect all areas in Ward 3 WEST of Dogwood going to Prairie Circle.
