* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs from near the town of Industry upstream from Chapman to the Smoky Hill River downstream from Chapman.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 20.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.5 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
