* Until 300 PM EDT.

* At 220 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Romulus, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near... Taylor, Romulus, Dearborn, and Trenton around 225 PM EDT. Wyandotte around 230 PM EDT. Grosse Ile around 240 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Brownstown Township, Melvindale, New Boston, Riverview, Ecorse, Allen Park, River Rouge, Woodhaven, Lincoln Park, and Southgate. This includes the following highways... I-75 between mile markers 32 and 47. I-275 between mile markers 12 and 18. I-94 between mile markers 195 and 207. I-96 near mile marker 192. M-10 near mile marker 1.
